Episode 2 : My first bath

Ep 1 : I was born

"He got shot. By a don't-care-for-animals man." my mother's friend turns his back on my mother and went away. She came just to inform that news to my mother! I know it was bad news because I could saw my mother kept crying and kept wondering what will happen to us. What happened? I still don't have any clue for the answer. Looking at my mother's tears gliding on her cheeks, I produce tons more tears. Not that I'm hungry. I cry for the fact that I don't like to see my mother cry........

It’s your dad... He...” she couldn’t finish her sentence. A silent tear felt rapidly and ended up on top of my small baby head. “He’s dead. He didn’t get any chance to see you. His first daughter.." she ended stammering and put me slowly on the ground. She had left me alone and went away. I was so scared. Why did she put me on the ground? Where is she going? Is she going to leave me alone? Some bad things popped out through my mind! I don't want to die!! I want to explore the world more. OH for god sake! Please! Please mother! Don't leave me alone, I'm scared and need a protector. I need a guardian to guide me through life. I kept crying and after about half an hour, my mother came back. Thank God she came back!

"Gugugaga!..Gagaga!" I said, practically, babbling to my mother. "What did you say, honey? I'm really sorry for leaving you alone just now, I went to find some water to drink. Let me feed you" she said with her soft voice while feeding me with some milk. I stopped crying and stared at my mother's big, round beautiful eyes. I'm so glad that I have you as my mother. I know you won’t and never leave me alone. I know that you love me!

"Oh honey, I don't have anybody left to hold me tight. I only have you by my side. I want to take a good care of you until my last breath. You are the only thing your dad left for me" she glanced at me and kissed my head.

She hold me tight and took me for a walk. I didn't know where we were going, but I was so excited to explerience the new surrounding. I wanted to know everything that I could possibly know. We stopped at a riverbank. "Gugugaga.Agagagu?" I asked my mother. "Ouh. You want to know why we are here sweetheart?" She smiled at me. For the first time ever, someone understood me. My mother knew what I was talking about."I'm going to give you a bath" she said. WHAT???? A BATH?
I didn't want to take a bath mommy! Please! "Gagagu!. Gagagu!" I cried and begged so hard but she just laughed at me as a response to my reaction. I was happy to see a smile on her face again although I have to face the torture of having my first bath. Wait. What is bath anyway?

"Agagagu?" I asked my mother. "A bath is when your fur will be soaking wet when I splash water on you" she laughed again. "Ouhhh" I said. That was not so bad. I guess. I never had a bath before anyway. Why didn't I get a new experience anyway. She splashed a bit of water on my baby's body and I felt the cold freezing water hitting hard. I stopped crying. It was cold and refreshing! I like the water! I want more!

"You like it, don't you honey?" She said and threw a big smile on me. "You are so cute! I'm going to call you Elmo" So, she said it. She named me Elmo. I liked that name. My name is Elmo. Elmo? Yes, Elmo! Hello world! My name is Elmo! I laughed hard all the way till my mother stopped tickling my body.
"Okay honey, I'm done bathing you. Let's go" She took me away and we were heading towards our home.....

To Be Continued!!......
